1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reach360 CRM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Reach360 provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform including sales, marketing, and service management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
6. Intellectual Property
Reach360 and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
